A: We’re a youthful, full-service entertainment team in Athens focused on Greek life and school events, with bundled options that include DJ/MC, photo booths, Spot My Photos instant delivery, social video, lighting, and fun effects. We also still book tons of weddings in and around Athens.

Q: Are you competing with high-end wedding or corporate AV firms?
A: No. For bigger wedding productions or corporate AV, we’re happy to refer you to specialists (e.g., Sound Insight). Our lane is fun, modern, local events: Greek life, school dances, student orgs, and approachable weddings.

Q: Do you serve both sororities/fraternities and schools?
A: Yes! UGA Greek life (Bid Day, Parents Weekends, Formals, Date Nights) and schools (homecoming, prom, pep, middle-school dances). We also do weddings every month.

Services & bundles

Q: What’s in your bundles?
A: The hits: DJ/MC, photo booths (Selfie, Essential, Glam, 360), Spot My Photos (private, instant galleries), social media video, lighting (uplighting, dance-floor), and FX (Cold Sparks/CO2 where allowed). Bundles save time and keep setups compact for Athens bars/venues.

Q: Do you offer “everything-but-the-band” packages?
A: Yep. If you’ve booked a live band, we bring booth + Spot My Photos + social video + light MC/timeline; add a DJ for band breaks if you want.

Q: Can we mix packages and à-la-carte?
A: Totally. Start with the package that fits your space/budget, then add items (e.g., Spot My Photos hours, Glam booth, recap video).

College events (UGA Greek life)

Q: What do you do for Bid Day?
A: DJ/MC with clean edits, house-audible or extended street audio, photo booth, Spot My Photos (new members get only their photos), and a short vertical recap. Built for Milledge Ave timing and quick load-in/out.

Q: Parents Weekend: DJ or band-friendly?
A: Both. We’ve got DJ-led (dinner vibes + dance set) and band-friendly “everything-but-the-band” options. Add Spot My Photos so families get their own pictures instantly.

Q: Semis & Formals: what’s typical?
A: Check-in/wristbands → photos → short welcomes/awards → dinner or heavy apps → DJ or band dance block → tidy load-out. We size gear for downtown Athens venues and private rooms.

Q: Date Nights: do we need a DJ?
A: Often no at bars. Most groups book media-only: booth + Spot My Photos + social video. We can add DJ, karaoke, or silent disco if you want control of the vibe.

School dances

Q: Do you handle middle-school and high-school dances?
A: Yes! age-appropriate music (clean edits), high energy, simple effects, and optional photo booth/Spot My Photos for instant sharing. We’re on time, professional, and school-friendly.

Q: Can you coordinate with administrators on rules?
A: Absolutely! volume caps, lighting limits, dress code announcements, chaperone cues: we’ll keep it smooth.

Weddings (yes, we still do them)

Q: Do you still DJ weddings?
A: All the time. Our sweet spot is fun, budget-aware weddings that want a pro DJ/MC, great flow, and add-ons like a digital booth, without ballroom-level AV. Packages typically include ceremony + reception options.

Q: What’s offered for weddings?
A: Pro DJ/MC, planning help, backup gear, and clear timelines; popular upgrades: uplighting, dance-floor lighting, photo booth.

Spot My Photos & media

Q: How does Spot My Photos work?
A: Guests scan once; from then on, only their photos deliver privately to their phones within seconds. Perfect for Bid Day, Parents Weekend, and dances.

Q: What’s “social media video”?
A: A roaming creator capturing vertical clips (entrances, awards, dance peaks) ready for Reels/TikTok. Add a 48-hour edit for fast recap posts.

Q: Do you offer prints?
A: Digital by default; add prints with Glam/Luxe if the venue allows a small print station.

Logistics, venues & compliance

Q: Are you COI-ready for Athens bars/venues and school gyms?
A: Yes! Certificates of Insurance on request. We use compact footprints, covered cables, and quick load-ins that venues love.

Q: Can you meet volume limits and house rules?
A: 100%. We run clean edits when appropriate and smart volume; we coordinate with managers/security for door flow and timelines.

Q: Power and space needs?
A: Standard 120V outlets; we’ll advise exact space per item (Selfie/Essential fit tight bars; 360 needs ~10×10).

Booking, pricing & payments

Q: Pricing—fixed or custom?
A: Fixed packages + à-la-carte add-ons. Choose exactly what you need; no mystery quotes.

Q: Deposits & payments?
A: A deposit holds your date; balance is due before the event. We accept card, venmo, checks, and ACH.

Q: Reschedules or cancellations?
A: We’ll share the policy at checkout and do our best to help you pivot within the term.
