Q: What kind of company is Athens DJ Service?
A: Athens DJ Service is Athens’ friendly wedding DJ crew. We also DJ college, school, corporate, community, and celebration events across North Georgia, plus photo booths as add-ons, event depending.

Q: How many DJs do you have?
A: Currently we have 8 DJs on the team and we start a new class of trainees every year so we’re continuing to grow!

Q: Are you available outside of Athens?
A: Yes! We mostly serve Athens, then Atlanta, and NE Georgia. Our DJs bring the party to you!

Weddings

Q: Do DJ weddings?
A: All the time. Weddings are our #1 focus. Our sweet spot is fun, budget-aware weddings that want a pro DJ/MC, great flow, and add-ons like a digital photo booth, without ballroom-level AV.

Q: What’s offered for weddings?
A: Pro DJ/MC, planning help, backup gear, and clear timelines; popular upgrades: uplighting, dance-floor lighting, uplighting, and a digital photo booth.

Beyond weddings, we DJ college events, school dances, corporate parties, community events, 5Ks & charity runs, birthday parties, graduation parties, and holiday parties across North Georgia.

College events (UGA Greek life)

Q: What do you do for Bid Day?
A: DJ/MC with clean edits, house-audible or extended street audio, a photo booth, and a short vertical recap. Built for Milledge Ave timing and quick load-in/out.

School Dances

Q: Do you handle middle-school and high-school dances?
A: Yes! age-appropriate music (clean edits), high energy, simple effects, and an optional photo booth for instant sharing. We’re on time, professional, and school-friendly.

Q: Can you coordinate with administrators on rules?
A: Absolutely! volume caps, lighting limits, dress code announcements, chaperone cues: we’ll keep it smooth.

Private Parties

Q: Do you DJ corporate, community, 5K, birthday, graduation, or holiday events too?
A: Yes! We bring the same pro DJ/MC and photo booth setup to corporate parties, community festivals, 5Ks & charity runs, birthday parties, graduation parties, and holiday parties. Contact us for details on your specific event type.

Logistics, venues & compliance

Q: Are you COI-ready for Athens venues and school gyms?
A: Yes! Certificates of Insurance on request. We use compact footprints, covered cables, and quick load-ins that venues love.

Q: Can you meet volume limits and house rules?
A: 100%. We run clean edits when appropriate and smart volume

Q: Power and space needs?
A: Standard 120V outlets; we’ll advise exact space per item

Booking, pricing & payments

Q: Pricing—fixed or custom?
A: Fixed packages + à-la-carte add-ons. Choose exactly what you need; no mystery quotes.

Q: Deposits & payments?
A: A deposit holds your date; balance is due before the event. We accept card, venmo, checks, and ACH.

Q: Reschedules or cancellations?
A: We’ll share the policy at checkout and do our best to help you pivot within the term.
