We’ll handle the boring part

Pay however works for you

A $400 deposit holds the date. Half your balance is due at 90 days out, the rest 14 days before. ACH, check or card, whatever works for you.

Insured, and happy to prove it

$2M general liability insurance for every event. Let us know if you’d like your venue added on and we can provide a certificate of insurance to your coordinator.

Someone's always got your date

We have an on call DJ for every event day, so you’re guaranteed a backup if something happens.

What an event DJ costs

Each extra hour

What moves the number

Events vary more than weddings do, so we offer custom proposals. Five factors change the price:

  • Event type quoted
  • Duration $150 / hr
  • Venue size and guest count quoted
  • Optional enhancements from $600
  • Travel outside our service area quoted

Everything's written into the contract before you sign, so nothing shows up on the invoice that you didn't already agree to.

Departmental events, staff and faculty functions, and student programming. Also Greek life and campus events.

Festivals, tailgates, 5Ks and charity runs, city events. Outdoor rigs, generator-friendly.

Birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, graduations and reunions.

Homecoming, prom and school socials. Clean edits by default and a chaperone-approved list.

If you book with us, here’s what you’ll get, so you know up front.

    Load-in and setup
    We usually arrive 2 hours before event start and are usually out one hour after it's over.
    Power
    We bring all the extension cables we need and tape everything down.
    Dress
    We dress to the event. A gala gets a suit, a tailgate doesn't, and a school dance sits somewhere in between. Tell us the vibe and we'll match it.
    What we don't do
    We're a DJ company, not an AV vendor. No projection, staging, or audio for a full stage program. If your event needs that, we'll happily work alongside whoever does.

Booking it

Check the date

You let us know your date and event location, and we’ll let you know if we’re available and what your costs will be. If you need more info than that, we can hop on a quick call to talk through your night.

Plan the night

About a month out from your event, you and your assigned DJ will fill in the timeline, music, and any other important info in your portal.

03

We show up early

Your DJ will arrive two hours before your start time and be on site all night. We’ll be out within an hour of ending time.
