Bid Day at UGA is the moment: reveal, chants, lawn runs, and house-front photos on Milledge Ave. We bring the sound, the hype, and the content machine: a pro DJ/MC, a modern photo booth, event photography for candids + groups, and a short vertical recap video your chapter actually posts.
Why UGA Bid Day matters: Recruitment wraps with Bid Day in mid-August, when new members get their bids and celebrate at the houses. Hello banners, lawn dances, and wall-to-wall photos. A: House-Audible covers the porch/front-lawn with clean, controlled volume. A: Typical load-in is 60–90 minutes. We stage gear off-street, coordinate with your exec team, and protect sightlines for banners and house-front photos.Q: Can you keep music clean and neighbor-friendly?

A: A dedicated 120V circuit near the porch/entry is ideal. We bring compact footprints for DJ, booth, and video, and can supply cable ramps/gaff to keep walkways safe. -
