A: 4–8 weeks is ideal for bar buyouts. Peak weeks (Halloween, Tacky Christmas, Valentine’s) go faster—lock vendors as soon as the venue/date is set.Q: What’s the minimum event length you support?
A: Most à-la-carte items run 2-hour minimums (e.g., Spot My Photos, Social Media Videography). Booths can be longer depending on flow and headcount.Q: Can you handle back-to-back events the same night?

Q: Do you provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance) for the bar?
